justfont fonting license v1.0

justfont offers subscription fonts through the "Fonting" app, which must be used through the "Fonting" app, and is limited to use for content on social media platforms such as live videos, posts, and short videos (including TikTok).

1. License Content

   1. Licensed content can only be used for social media posts, including social videos, stories, and short videos. The above is not limited to personal use; business and organizational accounts can also use it.
   2. There is no limit to the number of uses of licensed content during the subscription period.
   3. This special license will be updated or revised from time to time. The app will display the latest version date on the special license, and any updates or revisions will take effect from the date of release.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

   1. The intellectual property rights of the fonts, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, and patent rights, belong to the original font publisher or agent and are not transferred by this license.
   2. You agree that the licensed content is an intangible asset owned by justfont or the font publishers represented by justfont. For any unauthorized use, justfont has the right to claim damages in accordance with relevant laws.

3. Usage Restrictions

   1. The following uses of licensed content are prohibited:
      1. Reproducing the licensed content as fonts.
      2. Use in any form of advertising.
      3. Use in chatbot messaging materials (such as LINE, Messenger, Instagram Direct).
      4. Creation of messaging app stickers, such as LINE stickers.
      5. Physical output or production, including all printed materials, store signs, building or traffic directional signs, paper promotional materials, newspapers and magazines, business cards, wedding invitations, greeting cards, advertising boards, product packaging, products themselves (such as seals), and performance posters, etc.
      6. Public performance video usage not related to social media posts, including but not limited to television, movie or series subtitles, website images, video wall content, and projections at public gatherings.
      7. Creation of logos and trademark applications or trademark registration.
      8. Use in blockchain Non-Fungible Token (NFT) images, videos, or as machine learning datasets.
      9. Use of fonts in e-books, e-reading devices, and apps.
      10. Use in e-commerce website materials (such as Shopee, momo, pchome, and shopline, or other sales-focused websites).
   2. Users may not provide font output images to non-subscribers.
   3. All other rights and matters not enumerated in this special license terms belong to justfont.
